As we spend more time indoors as the country embraces social distancing, there's more time than ever to watch something good on Netflix.

It's quite a month for release too in July 2020, as a whole host of new and returning series arrive, along with some exciting film releases.

Series set to return this month include the second season of superhero drama The Umbrella Academy starring Ellen Page, while Christina Hendricks and the rest of the Good Girls are back for a third season.

Meanwhile, new series include Arthurian fantasy drama Cursed, starring 13 Reasons Why actress Katherine Langford as the witch Nimue.

In terms of films we have a Charlize Theron blockbuster on the way with The Old Guard, which follows a tight-nit band of mercenaries in an action-packed adventure, while also getting a sequel to The Kissing Booth with Joey King and Jacob Elordi returning for new romantic antics.
