NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DIGITAL ASSET MINING PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that Interstate Holdings Blockchain Arkansas, LLC (the “Applicant”), as the owner and operator of the below-described property (the “Property”) has applied for a Digital Asset Mining Facility Permit Application in accordance with 15 CAR § 275-902 (Rule K-2), and intends to operate a digital asset mining business on its Property pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 23-119-103, and Rule K-2(f) of the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission. The location of the Proposed Digital Asset Mining Facility is as follows:
